Our office hours are:Monday - Thursday: 9AM to 5PM Friday: 9Am to 3PM Scheduled appointments are required. First time patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment Although every effort is made to see patients on time, please understand that extenuating patient circumstances and / or emergencies may occasionally delay or require re-scheduling of appointments. In the event of a re-schedule, every effort will be made to work with you to get you back on our schedule as quickly as possible. What to bring with you:Remember to bring with you a list of any medications you are currently taking, pertinent medical history, your insurance card(s), and a referral and co payment if required by your insurance plan. Important! It is extremely important to bring with you all of your current Films (X-Ray, MRI, CT), as well as any reports corresponding to each. Without these Dr. French cannot effectively evaluate / diagnose your situation. |
